Frivolous lawsuit against Irvine dismissed!

Planning commissioners Pat Rodgers and Greg Smith forced Irvine taxpayers to defend a frivolous lawsuit.
Fortunately, a judge dismissed it.

While our opposition is filing groundless lawsuits that tie up city resources, The Great Park Team
is working hard to build a world class Great Park.

The verdict speaks for itself about WHO really has Irvine's best interests in mind.

Let's see the Irvine Tattler and the Register try to spin that one!
The voters of Irvine recognize partisan attacks a mile away and will continue to support The Great Park Team!

Frank,

You are sure pathetic and desperate if you feel the need to spam several hundred airport fighters and beg for help.

While Larry Agran did play a role in defeating the airport, he does not deserve all the credit, or have a right to make a profit under the table from it. The airport was grounded by thousands of volunteers and grass roots leaders including his arch nemesis Christina Shea.

The Great Park team does a disservice to the community by acting like they are the only reason there is no LAX South!

Then you whine about "airport thugs" opining for El Toro to be opened. Perhaps if the runways were removed this would not be happening! DUH!

This is like leaving food outdoors and then being shocked that wildlife shows up to the neighborhood.

I have supported Agran's slate in the past. However, the Great Park board has been a real embarrassment for our city. What do we got: No bid contracts, Dick Sim resigning, cost overruns, runways intact, etc. Not to mention only 30 acres of park after three years!

I believe in Obama's message of CHANGE. I will also be voting that way with Irvine City Hall.

About the only thing I agree with this blog on is no on 8.

I hope the Agran slate loses!

The voters have spoken. They want the Keep Irvine Great to stay in power and continue their good work in building the Great Park.
